Meet Kristen

June 25, 2015, changed my life in ways I could never have imagined. I was almost nine months pregnant when my world was shattered in a horrible car wreck. A seasoned criminal who stole a car was fleeing from police when he T-boned our car at over 100 mph. My husband was killed instantly and I passed away shortly after. When the EMTs arrived, I was resuscitated and kept alive to keep my son alive. We were airlifted to a hospital in Fort Worth and within the same hour that his daddy was killed, my son was brought into this world.

After having emergency c-section, the doctors made it very clear that I wouldn’t survive throughout the night because of the severity of my head injury. However, if I underwent brain surgery, then I would have a 50% chance of surving. 16 days later when I woke up from a coma after having the surgery, I didn’t recognize myself or my world anymore. The surgery left my face partially paralyzed, my entire head was shaved, and I was no longer pregnant. I didn’t look like how I last remembered.

At just 21 years old, I was a new mom, a widow, and recovering from brain surgery and countless injuries. This traumatic wreck and the healing process that followed put me at a crossroads. I could choose to be a victim and let this tragedy define me, or I could rise above it and use my experience to help others. I also realized that if I wanted to raise my son to be the best man he could be, I needed to take care of myself first...

A Modern Approach to Health, Wellness, & Healing

True healing goes beyond just treating symptoms. It starts from within. I combine wellness coaching, nutrition coaching, and Reiki (energy medicine) to help you restore balance, improve energy, and support your body’s natural ability to heal. This approach blends ancient healing techniques like Reiki with modern science-backed technology like Qi Coil (PEMF Therapy) to create deep and lasting transformation for both body and mind.

Reiki has been used for hundreds of years and has been shown to lower stress, reduce cortisol levels, and activate the body’s self-healing mechanisms, while Qi Coils use electromagnetic frequencies (PEMF Therapy) to stimulate cellular repair, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation. Together, they help accelerate muscle recovery, relieve chronic pain, and promote emotional well-being in a way that is both powerful and natural.

I offer in-person sessions if you're within 20 miles of Arlington, TX, for a $50 travel fee, bringing this healing experience directly to you in your comfort zone. Whether you are an athlete looking for faster recovery, someone struggling with pain, stress, or fatigue, or simply looking to feel better, more balanced, and more energized, this unique combination of ancient healing and modern science is designed to support your body in the most effective and restorative way possible.

Kristen helped me find my own self-motivation. I appreciated her reflecting on all of my past accomplishments and helping me make ‘ah-ha’ realizations, like exercise impacts all other aspects of my health and well-being. I really appreciate all that you have done. Thank you for thinking of me as a whole person, your encouragement and your patience.

Rebecca, Southlake

I decided to work with Kristen as my Wellness Coach because of her passion for people, ability to help me find my strengths, pushing me at the right moments. We built a relationship of safety and trust.

Carol, Frisco

Working with Kristen helped me from beating myself up completely and crawling in a dark hole and never coming out. She helped me to focus on the positive and emphasized the growth and positives in my accomplishments - even though I sometimes didn’t feel there were any.
